BDKF-1382 Kafka Applications fails to execute using Confluent version 7.6.x

BDKF-1624 Kafka plugin to upgrade to latest SDK for Schema registry

BDKF-1625 Google Cloud Storage palette activities fail to connect if Kafka 
palette activities are used in the process with schema registry with SSL.

BDKF-1646 Kafka Plugin versions 6.8.1 and 6.6.0 compatibility with Kafka 
3.8.x or Kafka 4.x.x for Confluent Cloud

BDKF-1743 timestamp output element is mis-placed in Kakfa Receive Message 
activity for Batch output and causes validation error in the runtime

Note: If a user is currently using version 6.8.2 HF-001 of this plugin with 
the Enable Batch Output in Kafka Receive Message activity enabled, they
must refresh the activity/activities to ensure the output schema is correctly 
updated. This is required because the timestamp element is incorrectly
positioned in the 6.8.2 HF-001 schema [1].Users who upgrade directly from
version 6.8.2 to HF-002 do not need to perform this refresh or make any 
other changes.

BDKF-1765 Kafka plugin activities can not connect to schema-registry with ssl
