The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. Until the retirement date, Support will answer product questions; any defect corrections, in the form of hotfixes or service packs, are provided for high-severity issues, at TIBCO's discretion.  After the retirement date has been reached, new cases reported against the retired release(s) will no longer be accepted and existing cases under investigation will be closed.

Available hotfixes and knowledge base articles will continue to be available to all customers with product maintenance beyond the retirement date.​  For up-to-date information on which ​product versions are eligible for extended support, please refer to the end-of-support query interface on the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com/support-home/aboutsupport/end_of_support_information). Please note extended support is subject to eligibility requirements and other rules may apply.
