On March 2, 2026, ibi announced the end of support for certain ibi™ Omni-Gen® products, as of 11:59 pm, Pacific Time, on November 30, 2026. This notice corresponds to the announcement of the new ibi™ WebFOCUS® Data & Analytics Platform, where Data Integration functionality is included as part of ibi™ Data Intelligence.
This notice does not announce the end of support for any other ibi product(s).
Extended Support is available for the above products until November 30, 2028. Please contact your account representative regarding options for Extended Support and for detailed information on the mapping of functionality from ibi Omni-Gen® products to the Data Integration capabilities in the ibi WebFOCUS® Data & Analytics Platform.
After November 30, 2026, for customers who are not licensed for Extended Support, any new support cases for the above products will no longer be accepted and existing cases under investigation will be closed.

The article was updated to an end of support announcement on March 2, 2026 to better align with our customers’ migration journeys and reflect the available options for Extended Support.
