You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com). You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials. Once logged in you can download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option, then go to AvailableDownloads/Messaging/EMS/10.4.1/Hotfix-1.

EMS 10.4.1-HF01 is a high priority hotfix, which is recommended to be applied as soon as possible. It addresses a defect in the server that can occur when handling a reconnect request from a client if user authentication fails twice in a row. This defect can lead to a server failover or outage, and is therefore recommended for immediate application. It affects versions 10.4.0, 10.4.0-HF02, 10.4.0-HF03, and 10.4.1 of TIBCO Enterprise Message Service.
