Installation
 
 1. Shut down TIBCO iProcess Engine.
 
 2. Back up the following existing files to a safe location that should be
      outside of the $SWDIR directory: 
 
     - $SWDIR/libs/fil.so
     - $SWDIR/sdks/swsalsdk/slibs/fil.so
     - $SWDIR/libs/sal.so
     - $SWDIR/sdks/swsalsdk/slibs/sal.so
     - $SWDIR/util/swconfig
     - $SWDIR/util/authipaclogin
     - $SWDIR/util/swadm
    
 3. Copy the following file from the given package overwriting the existing 
    file, and leaving the permissions and ownership as they are. 
    - fil.so
    - sal.so
    - swconfig
    - authipaclogin
    - swadm
 4. Edit the existing $SWDIR/swdefs line 1 to i11.9-o(0.7.1).
 
 5. Restart TIBCO iProcess Engine.

     12 SP2, 12.x, 15, and 15.x 64-bit on x86-64
 
Databases
  Oracle Database 12c 12.2.x (Oracle Client must be 19c)
  Oracle Database 18c 18.x (Oracle Client must be 19c)
  Oracle Database 19c 19.x (Oracle Client must be 19c)
  Oracle on Amazon RDS

NOTE: For this hotfix, both iProcess Engine and iProcess Workspace (Windows) 
must be in sync. The corresponding hotfix for iProcess Workspace (Windows), 
11.9.0_HF-000.1, must also be applied.

Resolution

The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI,
using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.

Once logged on the hotfix can be found under the Downloads Menu:
