On February 28, 2027, TIBCO is officially ending support for version 2.0.0 of "TIBCO® Product and Service Catalog powered by TIBCO EBX®". No other currently supported EBX Core and Add-on versions are effected by this notice. 

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy. Until the retirement date, Support will answer product questions, however product updates will not be provided.  After the retirement date has been reached, new cases reported against the retired release(s) will no longer be accepted and existing cases under investigation will be closed.

Available hot fixes and knowledge base articles will continue to be available to all customers with product maintenance beyond the retirement date. For up-to-date information on which versions are eligible for extended support, please refer to the end-of-support query interface on the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com/s/end-of-support). Please note extended support is subject to eligibility requirements and other rules may apply.
