We are pleased to notify you of updates to the TIBCO Foresight CORE 835 Code Combination Tables.  The TIBCO Foresight CORE 835 Code Combination Tables are used for validation of Healthcare transactions only. These tables do not affect Non-Healthcare or Global Markets customers.

This Core3 Code Combination Table update contains all Core Code Combinations as of version 3.10.0 released February 2026.  You do not have to install any previous Core3 Code Combination Table updates before this one.

ATTENTION: This Code Table file is valid for Instream and HIPAA Validator Desktop versions 8.7.0 and newer. If your Instream / Desktop software is older than version 8.7.0, DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE. You will need to upgrade your validation software before installing this code table file.  For a list of the changes that have been made for this release, please review the FS_CORE3_Readme.txt file. These changes will be included in the next Instream / Desktop release.

Updates can be found on the support.tibco.com home page. Once you have signed in, click on the Downloads drop down, select Hotfixes and navigate to:  AvailableDownloads/Foresight/HIPAA_Code_Tables.
