TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) 5.13.0 Hotfix-05 is available.

You can download this hotfix from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com). You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials. Once logged in you can the download the hotfix by selecting the "Downloads" -> "Hotfixes". Then go to the AvailableDownloads/TRA_Designer/5.13.0/hotfix-05.

TRA-6804
The TIBCrypt.jar version has been upgraded to 2.19.13.001 to address the
following issue: 
Certificate revocation checking fails with a NullPointerException (NPE) 
when the certificate CRL Distribution Points extension contains an LDAP URL
and the certificateRevocationList attribute cannot be retrieved.

<<TIBCO Control Plane support>> A new MicroAgent method for TIBCORuntimeAgent
named as fetchApplicationHistory has been added to fetch the deployment
history of an application.

TRA-6786
Administrator inactive database connections were not being closed. This issue
has now been fixed using the tibcoadmin.database.optimizeSessions property.
By adding this property to the Authorization and Administration domain
properties file and setting it to true, inactive connections no longer
pile up. Instead, every connection is returned to the pool after query
execution is complete.
