New Export Features and their control in Spotfire

Description
The introduction of "Export data to library" and "Export data to file" for web authors in 12.2 Spotfire version has established new security boundaries for general web users. Specifically, these users can now utilize the "Export data to file" dialog to extract individual data tables directly from a report.
To restrict the web users on exporting the data tables, Spotfire 14.0.9 HF-040, 14.6.1 HF-006, 14.7.0 HF-002 and newer client versions introduce two new licensed features to provide more granular control over data export capabilities. Previously, administrators faced limitations in finely controlling end-user access to export data via "File > Export > Data to file" and "Data to library."

Resolution
The new features address this by allowing explicit control:
Export data from data table: This feature controls the ability to select data tables within the "Export > Data to file" dialog. When disabled, users cannot select data tables for export. The dialog remains functional for visualization data export (controlled by the "Export data" license).
Export data to library: This feature controls the "Export > Data to the library" menu option. When disabled, the menu entry is completely removed. If a user wants this option it requires both "Save to library" and "Export data to library" feature to be enabled to export and save the file to Library.
What happens when you disable the above two options:
Disabling Export data from data table, it will disable Data table under Export data to file dialog. See below screenshot
Similarly disabling Export data to library, it will remove the option Data to library under Export option.
Issue/Introduction
Spotfire has introduced two new licensed export features, "Export data from data table" and "Export data to library" in recent hotfixes to provide finer-grained control over data export capabilities. These features require explicit configuration to be turned off.
