Support for Oracle 23ai in TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for Database.
AADB-8709
If you use an Oracle database, you cannot add a stored procedure without
specifying a schema for custom RPC Service.
AADB-8705
Subscription service can not write to opaque table using ojdbc11.jar.
AADB-8697
Support db2/as400 using the jtopen driver.
