TIBCO is officially ending support for release 8.0.x of TIBCO Managed File Transfer Platform Server for UNIX.  This action will take effect on April 30, 2027.  Although the 8.0.x releases of the product is already obsolete per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on 8.0.x releases will no longer be accepted after April 30, 2027. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, April 30, 2027.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and available hotfixes will continue to be available to all customers beyond the retirement date.
