Description

If your email address is registered with TIBCO, access should be easier than ever: You’ll enter your email address at the sign in page, and then you’ll open your email to click the authenticated link to access your account.

Depending on your organization’s configuration, you’ll sign in one of two ways.

If you sign in with your email address:

  1. Navigate to the login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address in the login field and select "Continue with Email."
  3. Check your email inbox for an email from no-reply@auth.cloud.com.
  4. Click the "Sign In" button within 15 minutes. Use this magic link and you will be logged into your app.

If you do not receive the email from us within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folders and ensure there are no firewall filters blocking emails from @auth.cloud.com. If the email still does not arrive, please contact our Customer Service team through Live Support or your ATS for assistance.

If you sign in with your company’s single sign-on (SSO):

  1. Navigate to the login page.
  2. Enter your corporate email address. Our system will recognize your domain and immediately redirect you to your organization’s internal Single Sign-On (SSO) portal.
  3. Authenticate using your existing corporate credentials. Once verified, you will be returned to the TIBCO platform.

This change ensures that your account is protected by modern security protocols while removing the hassle of password management.

Troubleshooting: If you are already signed in before the switchover time and try to sign out, you will get an error. If this happens, delete the cookies to force a logout.

Support: If you encounter any issues during the login process or have questions regarding your SSO setup, please contact us.

What is changing for user management ?

Starting June 8, you will no longer be able to add or manage users on support.tibco.com. Instead you will be able to add, remove, and manage user access to Downloads, Licensing, and Support all in one place. View user management FAQs Tibco & IBI | Spotfire.

These links will be available on June 8.

What if I have issues accessing these portals ?

Simply visit support.tibco.com and use the Live Support option in the lower right hand corner and indicate that you are having issues logging in or accessing the portals you need. You will be redirected to a live support advisor to assist you.

Issue/Introduction

As part of our commitment to security, and to give you one less password in your life, TIBCO is transitioning to a passwordless authentication model and also updating our contact management process. Watch for the new sign-in process starting June 8th
