cause runtime task execution issues. Changed runtime mapping script generation
to reduce size of generated script.

Added support for Per-Case State Authorization in Case Manager, enabling process developers
to limit access and visibility of case data at runtime on a per-case-type basis.
ACE-10348
No migration points are getting visible in runtime when there is a boundary event.
