To access OnEBX portal use https://portal.onebx.com/myaccount 

To access DataSynapse portal use https://portal.datasynapse.com/myaccount

Here are the step-by-step instructions to Log in:

  1. Enter your email ID on the login page.
  2. Check your email inbox for a “magic link.”
  3. Click the magic link to authenticate and sign in.
  4. After logging in, go to the portal dashboard.
  5. Navigate to Home > My Account.

Steps to manage downloads:

1. Go to My Account page, click on the Downloads button or access Manage Downloads from the slide-out menu.

Or, you can directly click on the respective product download portal for On EBX and DataSynapse

2. You will be redirected to the Download Center page, where all products associated with your account are displayed. Select the product you wish to download.

3. Next, navigate to Product Version and choose the required version from the drop-down list.

4. Use the Filters option to refine your selection based on Component Software, Platform, File Version, Update Number, and Format Type, as needed.

5. The system will display all Total records based on the selected filters. Click the Download button to continue.

6. A side panel will appear showing the product details. Select the declaration checkbox, then click Download again to proceed and save the installer.

7. You also have the option to view the License Agreement by clicking on the provided link to review the terms before downloading.
