Please follow the steps below mentioned in Resolution section to resolve the issue.
Environment
Windows (OS)
Resolution
To resolve this issue, HTTP Activation must be enabled on the Windows Server to allow the application to list the query labels in Web Data Entry.
To enable this feature:
Open the Add Roles and Features Wizard on your Windows Server.
Proceed to the Features selection step.
Expand the .NET Framework 4.8 Features node.
Expand the WCF Services node.
Check the box for HTTP Activation.
Complete the installation wizard and verify if the labels now load correctly in Web Data Entry.
Note: To execute query labels with a SQL Database connection,HTTP Activation is needed for SQL Server as well
Issue/Introduction
Query labels created using an Oracle Database connection (OraOLEDB provider) do not list or load data on the Web Data Entry form. Although the data fails to load in the Data Entry label, previewing the data works and loads successfully elsewhere.
