Description

This article provides details how to disable the Massively Parallel Processing Engine(MPPE) in Spotfire Data Virtualization.

Environment

SDV Server hosted on Linux environments

Resolution

Open Studio > Administration tab > Configuration > Server > SQL Engine > Parallel Processing > Set it to 'False'. Click 'Apply' to save the changes.

Note - this configuration change is not local to a SDV instance and will be synced across all nodes in a SDV active cluster.
