This strategic shift allows us to invest in and further develop our cutting-edge visual data science solutions, ensuring our customers have access to the best possible tools to achieve their goals.

Spotfire hereby announces that it will retire and shut down all versions of all Spotfire Cloud Enterprise products and cease to provide support on December 31, 2028:

• Spotfire Cloud Enterprise - Analyst
• Spotfire Cloud Enterprise - Business Author
• Spotfire Cloud Enterprise - Web Player
• Spotfire Cloud Enterprise - Server
• Spotfire Cloud Enterprise - Service for Python
• Spotfire Cloud Enterprise - Service for Spotfire Enterprise Runtime for R
• Spotfire Cloud Enterprise Library
• Spotfire Cloud Enterprise - Automation Services
• Spotfire Cloud - Additional Storage

We encourage you to contact your Spotfire account representative to learn more about the alternative products that are available to you:

• Spotfire Analytics
• Spotfire Industry Pro
• Spotfire Enterprise

To continue to use Spotfire, you will need to license new products by the end of your subscription term or the above retirement date, whichever is earlier. Support services for the above-retiring product(s) will continue in full force and effect according to the terms of your agreement with Spotfire until the above retirement date or termination/expiration of any such maintenance services under the terms of your applicable agreement, whichever is earlier.

Migrating your data
You will need to migrate your data, such as Spotfire analyses, data functions etc. Customer data for the above-retiring products will be permanently deleted from our systems the earlier of:

• The product’s retirement date stated above, or
• The expiration date of your current subscription term

To retain your data, you must save your data on a location controlled by you before the above retirement date.

On December 31, 2028, Spotfire will retire and shut down all versions of all Spotfire Cloud Enterprise products and cease to provide support.
