Typically, Statistica Enterprise Server and Statistica Data Entry Server use the same database, i.e., the Statistica Metadata Store (Metadatabase). Therefore, users with the appropriate administrative privileges can access and manage the relevant data and objects stored within this shared metadata environment.
A Data Entry Administrator has the privileges required to create and manage characteristics, labels, and Data Entry setups. These setups can then be accessed by other Data Entry users to enter data.
In addition, the Data Entry Administrator can view entries created by other users, regardless of their status (e.g., Incomplete, Complete, Approved, or Sent for Revision) or type (e.g., Single Data Entry or Blind Data Entry).

The Data Entry Administrator can also view samples from all configured geolocations and sites, as they can access the underlying object that stores the data in the Statistica Metadata Store (Metadatabase).
Spotfire Statistica Data Entry Server is installed on a Windows server and supports two primary types of users:
Authoring users
These users can create and configure web forms and author analytic workspaces used for analyzing manually entered data. The resulting work is stored in the Statistica Metadata Store (database).
Data Entry users
These users consume the configured web forms to manually enter data. The entered data is stored in the Statistica Metadata Store (database).
As a result, data from Data Entry Setup is stored in Metdatabase, and Data Entry Admin/ System Administrator has privilage /control over these enterprise objects; they can see the entries made via these setups regardless of site and from other users.
Statistica All Server.
Windows OS.
In the Spotfire Statistica® Data Entry Administration guide, it has been recorded that the Data Entry Admin (EDE), Data Entry Administrator user permission allows creating characteristics, labels, and data entry setups.
