How to import Windows users that are part of an Active Directory group into Statistica Enterprise.

OS: Windows

1.  Open Enterprise Manager
2.  Right-click on Users folder
3.  Select "Import Users", like below:



Alternatively, select the Users folder, then click the "Import Users" button.

4.  Find and select the active directory Group to import into Statistica:



5.  Enterprise Manager provides an option to select one or more existing Enterprise groups to add the users to:



Note:  To select more than one group, hold the Ctrl key.

6.  Next, Enterprise Manager detects an active directory (AD) group, or domain group, is being imported.  An option is provided to create a new Enterprise group and link the group to the AD group.  Click Yes to create a new Enterprise group and link it to the AD group:



Note:  Selecting no will import users into the previously selected Group in Enterprise. 

The Enterprise group added is automatically with the nomenclature of domainname\groupname and is synced with the AD group:





8.  If desired, the Enterprise group can be renamed.
