Resolution

This issue has been addressed in the following Spotfire releases:

  • 14.5.0 and higher
  • 14.4.0 HF-005 (or service pack 14.4.1)
  • 14.0.4 HF-016 (or service pack 14.0.5)
  • 12.0.11 HF-040

As a workaround for older versions, it is recommended to exclude the Spotfire installation folder and sub-folders from Trend Micro Antivirus scans.
