TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) is tested with the one of the latest stable Kubernetes / OpenShift versions available at the time of product testing before the release and the same is documented in BWCE readme of respective version.
In addition to this, TIBCO continues to support the latest tested versions of Kubernetes / OpenShift with previous BWCE version(s) as long as its major version matches with the one mentioned in our product readme and is backward compatible.

For example, if BWCE 2.5.4 is tested with OpenShift 4.3.x at the time of its release then we can say that BWCE 2.5.4 applications can be deployed on any minor/ service pack release of OpenShift 4.x tested with higher BWCE version.
