The TIBCO Data Virtualization version 8.8 and above provides an option to check the CDATA adapters' version using the TDV Studio. 

Issue/Introduction

This article provides a guide on how to check the version of CDATA's adapters within the TIBCO Data Virtualization Studio.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the TDV Studio and scroll-down to access <server_name>:port (/).
  2. Go to the packages folder.
  3. Select the CDATA Adapter (Adapter Meta Package) whose version you want to check.
  4. Navigate inside and select Package Upload -> Adapter Extension Package -> Adapter.
  5. Open the Adapter and navigate to the "Info" tab to view the version.
