Description

While Opening the Author client gets the below error.
Error Details:
"TIBCO Nimbus was unable to create certain files that it requires to run" Please contact technical support for details on how to proceed.

Resolution

This is an access rights-related issue,  Check if all required Users and groups are present in the PR folder Security. If you have an old server running please compare the Old server PR folder and the New PR folder Security. 
Also please make sure the below users are added to the Security of PR folder.

IUSR,
IIS_IUSR,
INTERACTIVE and NETWORK SERVICE
