TIBCO Data Virtualization drivers downloaded edelivery portal are safe to be unblocked in the Microsoft Smart Screen Defender. If you encountered the above error, please follow the below steps to continue with the installation.
1. Close the message from the Microsoft SmartScreen Defender by clicking on the X in the dialog box
2. Right Click on the downloaded exe and select 'Properties"
3. Select Unblock and then click on "Apply" and then the "OK" button.
4. Run the installer as you normally would to complete the installation.
