Description

After enabling the Single Sign on for TDV server, SSO authentication fails with the error "413 Request entity too large" 

Issue/Introduction

Studio SSO login fails to connect with the below attached error "413 Request entity too large"

Resolution

To resolve this error, increase the header size in the studio  -
1. Logon to the TDV Studio with username and password authentication
2. Go to Menu -  Administration > Configuration > Server > Web Services Interface > Communications > HTTP > Header Buffer Size (On Server Restart)
3. Update the Header Buffer Size to maybe 10000

4. Restart TDV Server for the changes to take effect
