How to resolve "413 Request entity too large" while logging into TDV Studio using SSO ?

Description
After enabling the Single Sign on for TDV server, SSO authentication fails with the error "413 Request entity too large"
Resolution
To resolve this error, increase the header size in the studio - 1. Logon to the TDV Studio with username and password authentication 2. Go to Menu - Administration > Configuration > Server > Web Services Interface > Communications > HTTP > Header Buffer Size (On Server Restart) 3. Update the Header Buffer Size to maybe 10000
4. Restart TDV Server for the changes to take effect
