Issue_1:   when a report is run with parameters - if it runs in same window, it ignores the style sheet.    -If it is run in a new window then it will show the stylesheet   

 Issue_2:   The second issue is if the DEFAULT = '_FOC_NULL' then it will run as following image   however, when run in a new window, it evaluates _FOC_NULL as blank and therefore no records found   

 Note: Issue is specific if parameter auto prompt is set to" designer".
