Description
As you all know, TIBCO has already announced the End of Support for TIBCO Hawk 5.2.x which is effective from 31st Oct '23. It is recommended that the customers migrate to a supported Standalone Hawk version as early as possible.
NOTE: However, we will still support the TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) Embedded Hawk 5.2.x

used within TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) 5.10.x till 31st Jan'24 ( which is compatible with TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks (BW) 5.13.x which is going End of Support on 31st Jan'24) and used within TIBCO Runtime Agent 5.11.x with no EOS date announced yet.

used withn TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) 5.11.x until the release of TRA 5.11.3 HF-03, which will include Embedded Hawk 6. x. TIBCO Hawk Support strongly advises all TRA 5.11.x +BW 5.14.0 users to upgrade to TRA 5.11.3 + BW 5.14.1 to leverage the benefits of the upcoming TRA 5.11.3 HF-03 release.
Support for existing Rulebases running with Hawk 5.2.0 agents will continue subject to known or unknown defects.
Available hotfixes and knowledge base articles will continue to be available to all customers with product maintenance beyond the retirement date.
