On the UI(Control Center), Cache settings can be enabled either at the API/Service-level or the Endpoint-level on the 'Performance Acceleration' page.

On the Configuration Manager, Cache settings can be enabled either at the API/Service-level or the Endpoint-level on the 'Performance Acceleration' page.

These settings can be viewed or modified using V3 API as well.

Note: The TTL on the Endpoint level takes precedence over the value set on the API/Service level
