While creating the Export package sometimes selecting the top-level folder causes some of the files not to get included.  We need to include all those file extensions.

Windows/Linux

To achieve this we have to do modifications to the existing configuration.

1. Navigate to the Management Center from the WebFOCUS Hub.
2. Under the Administration -> Configuration -> Select Change Management.



3. Check what types of file extensions are currently checked off to be included in the Export package.
4. We can include or exclude the file extension as required. Ex- .ftm, acx, mas.
5. Once completed, click on save and then clear the cache.
6. After this the CM package will contain all the file types which are selected.
