Description
Sometimes in AppStudio only the English language is available under the language dropdown.
So if we want the Japanese language listed under the dropdown we need to add it to the registry.

This article gives an idea of how we can add different languages in AppStudio like adding the "Japanese" language.
Environment
Windows/Linux
Resolution
Initially, in AppStudio only the English option is available.
Now we will add an option for the Japanese language to the registry at the below location.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Information Builders\AppStudio\90\FOCSHELL\DesktopSettings\International
under this location add one value
Value name JA_JP
value data 1
Example :
After adding JA_JP it will add the Japanese language folder inside AppStuido > bin > Japanese.
You can see the Japanese option added to the dropdown list.
Now we will add an option for the Japanese language to the registry at the below location.
