Resolution
The issue can be resolved by replacing the tibcojre64 (11.0.18) folder in TIBCO Runtime Agent(TM) 5.12.2 with tibcojre64 (11.0.12) folder in TIBCO Runtime Agent(TM) 5.12.1.
