When logging into the SmartMapper Business UI in the TIBCO Runtime Agent(TM) 5.12.2 environment, the following error is seen:
"The username or the password is incorrect"

Resolution

The issue can be resolved by replacing the tibcojre64 (11.0.18) folder in TIBCO Runtime Agent(TM) 5.12.2 with tibcojre64 (11.0.12) folder in TIBCO Runtime Agent(TM) 5.12.1.
