The attached spreadsheet identifies directories and log names of the logs created after a workflow.

WINDOWS & LINUX

If a workflow did not provide the expected results, a log file must be sent to Tibco OpenSpirit Support (support @ tibco.com) with a synopsis of the issue at hand. 
Once a workflow is run and/or completed, navigate to the directory listed in the attached spreadsheet under the desired product. From the directory, select the current log file which will be designated by date and time stamp. 
NOTE:  For development to troubleshoot the issue and provide an accurate analysis, the log file that is sent to support must be in DEBUG mode. Please see the instructions in the attached spreadsheet to set a log file in DEBUG mode. Please remove the osp.debug file once the log is sent to support as performance is affected due to the amount of content written to the log file.
