Solution One
1. When encounting the error, click back, multiple times, until you get to the "Choose Setup Type" dialog again
2. Click "Custom Install"
3. Click Next without changing any features
4. Fiinish the installation
Solution Two
1. Cancel the workstation installation
2. Launch the installation again (if necessary, see page 13 of https://docs.tibco.com/pub/stat/14.0.1/doc/pdf/TIB_stat_14.0.1_installation.pdf?id=0 )
3. Select "Custom" at the "Choose Setup Type" dialog but do not change any features
4. Finish the installation
