How to resolve MAS task failing with "Error: The task was interrupted because the service was shut down Error code:a0040602" ?
Resolution
Resolution 1 :
1. Try re-submitting the MAS taskset and see if the Taskset completes. If it runs successfully, the error it was probably because the MAS service was being restarted when the taskset failed. If it still fails with the same error proceed to Resolution 2
Resolution 2:
1.Login to the MAS as server as an Administrator
2. Launch Control Panel >>System and Security>>Administrative Tools >>Services
3. Start the service named MASMonitor Service.
4. Resubmit the MAS Taskset. It should now succeed.
