How to resolve "Failed to establish a connection with the server. This indicates that Statistica Server is either not running or not set up properly" ?
Resolution
1. Remote into the Statistica Server and launch "Statistica Server Administration". 2. Navigate to the Settings >> All>> TCPIP Port and double click to bring up Properties. Make a note of the Port
3. Launch a text editor as an Administrator and Open [Drive]:\WebSTATISTICAPub\wwwroot\config.php. Check the $PostVars["SoapPort"] value. If this is different from the port noted in step 2, change the port number to match in either the Statistica Administrator tools or update config.php Port.
4. Launch Services in Windows and locate the service named WebStatistica and restart the same. WebStatistica should now load as expected.
