Installed TRA 5.12 or Hawk 6.2.1 standalone in windows server 2016 and 2019, user failed to start tibhawkhma from NT service and CMD.
See the error below:
"Lib name tibhawkhma
Failed to load shared library, library name: tibhawkhma"

Resolution
Root cause:
"Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable" was missing from the OS. tibhawkhma relies on this. Ideally it should be installed along with the products by installer.
Workaround:
Install it by manual.
User can download it from Microsoft:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999
Or get it from hawk 6.2.1 package:
TIB_hawk_6.2.1_win_x86_64/assemblies/product_tibco_a_vcredistx64_2010_1.0.0.001.zip
