Cannot find the export file while exporting full map or map with lower levels to XML

Description
When we try to export a single diagram to XML from Nimbus Web UI, It allows us to save/ download the export to the local machine. However, When we export the entire process map/current diagram and lower levels to XML, We cannot find the export file. We only get automated mail saying the task has been completed after some time. This happens because the batch server saves the exported file on the output folder which we have configured in the batch server configuration. If this folder is not configured this can be done using the below steps.
Issue/Introduction
When we export the map and its lower levels or the whole map to the XML format in the web client, exported file does not download automatically.

Follow the below steps to configure the output folder in the batch server configuration
-- Go to Installation Directory\Batch Server
-- Run the Batch Server as a Desktop application
-- From the main menu choose File -> Configuration
-- Set the export folder to the desired location
