A few missing multicast attribute of HawkHMAParameters parameters has been restored while upgrading from lower TRA product version.

TRA-5440 
The EMS plug-in when added through domain utility command
displays the following error: ’A connection could not be
established with the EMS server because its configuration
appears to be damaged. Make sure that it was registered
properly in the Domain Utility.’

TRA-5453
EMS over SSL plug-in now can be added through DomainUtilityCMD mode by using the AddJMSServer.xml and UpdateJMSServer.xml file.
