Description

The following error can occur when creating a connection to an On-Premise SugarCRM instance using a TIBCO Scribe® Online Cloud Agent or a TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect Cloud Agent:

Verify that the associated connection information is valid and that you have access to the SugarCRM API.

The error detail can also be found in the Agent Logs:

Message: Verify that the associated connection information is valid and that you have access to the SugarCRM API.
The following error has occurred in the SugarCRM Connector:
Exception Type : JsonReaderException
Message : Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path '', line 0, position 0.

Resolution

Whitelist the TIBCO Scribe® Online Cloud Agent IP addresses for Firewall in front of the On-Premise SugarCRM server.
