When we try to open the web links from the TNS auhor client it is unreacheable and present a error message as "This site can't be reached".

The Citrix VDAs don't have the internet on them and due to this reason when we try to access the web links from the TNS author client, it's unreachable.

When the users have Citrix workspace installed at their end it will open in an independent browser session which looks like it opens in your own browser window but when you check in the Settings -> About in the browser, it will show EC2 Amazon. That means the links have been hit on the browser installed on the Citrix VDA.

Sometimes the request comes to change the default browser for weblinks on the TNS author client but due to the above reason, even when we change the default browser the links will not be reachable.
We recommend all TNS users access the web links through the web client only.
