SM-3090
SmartMapper activities configured as file-based does not work with BusinessWorks 6.8.1 or higher and BWCE 2.7.2 or higher.

This issue is fixed.

The SmartMapper Connection shared resource editor is not marked as default.

The following third-party libraries are no longer bundled with the plug-in palette.
