This article mentions the steps to re-order columns using the Flow Editor in TIBCO Data Virtualization's Web UI.

All Supported OS.
Resolution
a) For the flow that you have created, drag a column to the flow editor
b) Once this is done, click on the column that you have just added.
c) In the bottom panel, there will be a drag and drop option for the columns. Use this to reorder the columns for your flow:
d) After making the changes, click on Publish.
e) The changes will now reflect in Web UI as well as the Studio
