Description

After TIBCO BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor Software server upgrade from “3.0.1.3” to “3.2.0.11” version following issue was observed: the below items were disappeared from the left menu:
-	Technical View
-	Business View
-	Tasks

Only “Administration” tab was accessible .

Environment

Product: TIBCO BusinessWorks™ ProcessMonitor Version: Server 3.2.0.11

Resolution

Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue:
1- Start “BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor” 3.2.0.1 webapp without any “njams.minimal.config.properties” file
2- Log in to BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor GUI using “Administrator/Administrator” credentials
3- Configure the JDBC connection and saved the settings. The GUI may take a long time to load.
4- While the GUI was still busy, stop Apache Tomcat
5- Apply TIBCO BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor Software [3.2.0] hotfix 11 (by extracting the package inside Apache “webapps” folder and replacing files)
6- Start tomcat
7- Log on to BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor GUI as “Administrator/Administrator” again
8- Configure the JDBC connection and saved the settings again. This time the GUI responded correctly.
9- Log off from TIBCO BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor Software GUI
10- Log on to BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor GUI using “admin” user (a user which is configured in DB).

=> Using “admin” user, all the menu tabs are accessible from BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor GUI (“Technical View”, BusinessView”, “Tasks”, “Administration”)

Issue/Introduction

After the TIBCO BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor Software v3.0.1.3” upgrade to v3.2.0.11" some of the menu items in the left menu disappeared
