EMS information not displaying properly in Administrator. In View Service Instance--> EMS, the General Tab is missing. Admin UI only shows the Methods and Security Tabs.
Resolution:
=========
Using the Administrator UI, try uploading the admin-plugin manually. To upload it manually browse through All service Instances->machine-name-TIBCOAdministrator Server->plug-ins and upload the JMSAdmin.war file from $TIBCO_HOME/administrator/5.x/administrator-plugins/ folder.

Cause: The EMS client is not installed on the machine where the plug-in was added.
