Description
While performing an in-place upgrade the user might see the below error at the end of the upgrade: ==================================== "Starting TDV Monitor Daemon process..." System error 1068 has occurred. ====================================
If the user now tries to start the TDV services, the services might not get started. Even a server restart might not help in this case.

Resolution
One of the prominent reasons for this issue is that the repository folder got deleted in the process of upgrading. Go to the installation directory/folder of the TDV Server and see if the 'repository' directory/folder exists?
If the repository directory/folder is missing, then the user needs to copy the repository directory/folder from the existing backup and then paste it into the installation directory.
NOTE: The user must have the backup of the repository. Therefore before performing an in-place upgrade, take the backup of the repository at least.
