Description

When TIBCO Scribe Online or TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect undergo maintenance that affects On-Premise and Cloud Agents, the system temporarily disables the ability to do an Agent installation. Disabling the Agent installation during maintenance prevents issues with Agent upgrades after the maintenance is complete.  If you attempt to install or provision an Agent during a maintenance window, a message similar to the following is displayed in the User Interface:

Agent installs are disabled temporarily. Check the TIBCO Cloud Services Status page for more information.

See the TIBCO Cloud Services Status page to determine whether or not maintenance is being done and when it should be completed. When maintenance is complete, you can resume installing Agents.

Issue/Introduction

The On-Premise and Cloud Agents installs are disabled temporarily during a maintenance window.
