Description
While installing TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for Database Software 7.3.0, the following error is faced.
BUILD FAILED
TIBCO_HOME\tools\scripts\sync-machine-model.xml:42: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/slf4j/LoggerFactory
at com.tibco.devtools.installsupport.commands.machine.InstallComponentsContextImpl.<clinit>(InstallComponentsContextImpl.java:41)
NOTE: This is applicable when working with TIBCO Runtime Agent 5.12.0 HF-01 or higher.

Resolution
Workaround:
1. Open the physical media or download the installation package from the TIBCO eDelivery site (https://edelivery.tibco.com).
To download the installation package, a user name and password are required. If you do not have a user name and password, contact TIBCO Technical Support.
2. Extract the content of the installation package to a temporary directory.
3. Open product_adadb_7.3.0_FeatureConfig_<OS>_x86_64.xml in a text editor in the above temporary directory.
4. Set productMachineModel property to false.
For example, productMachineModel="false"
5. Proceed for the installation as per the steps mentioned in the Installation guide.
