Description
When you try to access the process map in Tibco Nimbus Author client and get the error 'Cannot find the specified diagram, this may be because another user deleted the diagram' this might happen because of lock files and this issue can be resolved using these steps.

Resolution
To resolve this issue please follow the below steps-
-- Open AdminUtill -> Select the PR path and log in using the admin user account
-- Go to Tools -> Map Path viewer
-- Search for the map which has the issue
-- Right-click on the map name and click on Copy Physical Path
-- Go to the physical path of the Map
-- Remove the files Locks.npdat and Locks.npidx (DO NOT edit or delete any other files!) and try to open the map in the Author client
After performing the above steps try to access the map.
