Can we rename the TDV Server installation directory? If so, what steps can be followed to do the same?

It is not possible to rename the installation directory because if we manually rename the home directory of the TDV installation, the server will fail to start because it relies on the correct path of the installation. The other various scripted tools in '<TDV Install directory>/bin' will also fail for the same reason.

If it is still a requirement, to rename the directory, the below steps can be followed:

1. Opt for Full Server Backup for the current TDV Server.
3. Install a new TDV Server instance at the desired path.
4. Import the backup file created from the previous installation into the new Server.
5. Uninstall the previous TDV Server.

Note: While installing a new TDV instance, the port number being used should be different from the one currently being occupied by the server. Once the older TDV instance has been uninstalled, the port number of the current installation can be changed as per requirement.
