Description
When using the TIBCO Scribe® Online Connector For Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV as a target, the error "Stream was not readable" may occur as a record error. This error is generic and generally indicates that an error on the Business Central/NAV side occurred and that the Connector could not parse and display the error details within the user interface or Agent logs.
Resolution
To retrieve the actual error that occurred on the Business Central/NAV environment, POSTMAN can be used to make the same request and view the precise API error response from the Business Central/NAV environment. Alternatively, Fiddler can be installed and enabled if using an on-premise agent. The Fiddler trace will capture the specific error message being returned by Business Central/NAV.
